It is our vocation to provide a taste of New Zealand culture. It is our mission to produce delicious eco-friendly food alternatives to the people of - and those visiting - Aotearoa. Wairua Kai Café uses a range of locally grown, sustainable produce. Thanks to our usage of biodegradable packaging and good relations with local kiwi farmers, we are able to deliver authentic New Zealand cuisine, and a fine selection of traditional Maori dishes, in addition to being kind to Papatūānuku (Mother Earth) the environment. It is our conviction to treat the land well. We plan to keep finding new ways to reach our audience and grow as a business. We encourage tourists to come learn the wonders of Maori history, to be enlightened with a (metaphorical and literal) taste of Aoteroa. We plan to grow and deliver a unique dining experience to our trusted community and all visitors. With this growth we plan to expand and provide more eco friendly alternatives around New Zealand.
